Cancel Your ETA
Plans changed? No judgment here. We've cancelled trips ourselves (sometimes at the worst possible moment). Here's how the cancellation process works.
⚡ TL;DR
Email us at [email protected] with your reference number to request a cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on how far along your ETA is in the process. Check our Refund Policy for full details.
Before You Cancel — Consider This
Maybe you don't need to cancel?
If your travel dates changed or you need to update some details, you might be able to modify your existing ETA instead. It's usually easier and saves you from starting over. Check our Modify page first.
How Cancellation Works
Email Your Request
Send an email to [email protected] with your reference number and let us know you'd like to cancel.
We Review Your Case
Our team checks the status of your ETA and determines what's possible. We'll be straight with you about refund eligibility.
Refund Processing
If eligible, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Refund Eligibility — The Honest Truth
Before Processing
Full refund of our service fee. Your info hasn't gone anywhere yet, so cancelling is clean and simple.
During Processing
Partial refund may be possible. The government fee is non-refundable once submitted (that's their policy, not ours).
After Approval
Your ETA has been issued — cancellation doesn't void it, and refunds aren't available at this stage. The good news? Keep it for a future trip!
Not sure whether to cancel or modify? Shoot us an email and we'll help you figure out the best move. No pressure, no sales pitch — just honest advice.
Here's a secret: if your trip got postponed (not cancelled), your ETA might still be valid when you're ready to go. ETAs are usually good for 2 years. Don't waste it!
